Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI & ML Developer Lead to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves leading a team of engineers, designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, and aligning technical strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and developers.
  • Define the technical roadmap and set goals for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• AI/ML Development
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems.
  • Oversee the full AI project lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present project progress and results to senior leadership.
• Innovation & Best Practices
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
  • Implement best practices in MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.
